Our referral network will
most likely handle initial patient evaluation only. Following the initial
evaluation, any necessary subsequent care will be handled on a case-by-case
basis.
For the majority of patients, basic monitoring and adjustment of
medications can be coordination by return visits to the Community of Hope
Health Clinic.
The Clinic will hope to structure a referral network for the following
specialized expertise:

Ophthalmology
• Colonoscopy
• Endoscopy
• Computerized Tomography scanning
• Barium imaging studies
• Ultrasound
• Echocardiography
• Cardiac catheterization and intervention
• Surgical services
