• Escorts will be available to befriend and assist patients through the process of being treated in the Clinic.

• It is the intention of the Clinic to have bilingual speaking staff in order to provide translation and interpretations services for Spanish speaking patients. Other language services may be available on an “as needed” basis.

• The Clinic intends to provide security officers to help ensure security at the facility.

• The Clinic will continually assess the needs of the targeted patient population and adjust services and staffing to achieve the mission and vision of the Community of Hope Health Clinic.
